Las perspectivas de las fotógrafas en el estallido social de octubre del 2019 en Concepción de Chile.

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene por objetivo interpretar las perspectivas de las fotógrafas en la producción profesional de hechos históricos, en específico, el estallido social del 2019 en Concepción, desde el enfoque feminista. El propósito es estudiar la visión de las fotógrafas que producen archivo, identificando y analizando los diferentes componentes que ellas presentan acerca del hecho en cuestión, estableciendo relaciones entre ellas y otras fuentes de información. La fotografía con enfoques feministas ha introducido la voz y la mirada de las mujeres, antes invisibilizadas por el patriarcado, y busca desconectarlas del rol tradicional que se les ha impuesto a lo largo de la historia, en este sentido, tiene relación con los derechos humanos, con la autodeterminación de cuerpos y territorios. La metodología utilizada es de tipo no probabilística y el muestreo es por propósito, centrada en mujeres fotógrafas profesionales, cuyas publicaciones estén centradas en el estallido social y se identifiquen con el feminismo. Este último punto será trabajado por medio de entrevistas y el material visual será analizado bajo sus propios criterios considerados a su vez como hallazgos de la investigación. Por esta razón, la estrategia de recolección de datos es crear una narración en conjunto con las participantes. A través de esta investigación se pretende identificar la producción de cuatro fotógrafas feministas y analizar su expresión crítica en torno a los temas claves presentes en las manifestaciones y el cómo interpelan al espectador respecto del estallido social de octubre del 2019, desde la mirada feminista.

The objective of this research is to interpret the perspectives of photographers in the professional production of historical events, specifically, the social outbreak of 2019 in Concepción, from a feminist approach. The purpose is to study the vision of the photographs that produce archives, identifying and analyzing the different components that they present about the event in question, establishing relationships between them and other sources of information. Photography with feminist approaches has introduced the voice and gaze of women, previously made invisible by patriarchy, and seeks to disconnect them from the traditional role that has been imposed on them throughout history, in this sense, it is related to human rights, with the self-determination of bodies and territories. The methodology used is non-probabilistic and the sampling is by purpose, focused on professional women photographers, whose publications are focused on the social outbreak and identify with feminism. This last point will be worked on through interviews and the visual material will be analyzed under its own criteria, considered in turn as research findings. For this reason, the data collection strategy is to create a narrative together with the participants. Through this research, the aim is to identify the production of four feminist photographs and analyze their critical expression around the key themes present in the demonstrations and how they challenge the viewer regarding the social outbreak of October 2019, from a feminist perspective.
