La cual hace referencia a un proceso periódico de evaluación, al cual se someten las entidades prestadoras de salud. Esta acreditación desagrega sus exigencias y requisitos en ámbitos, componentes, características y verificadores; en donde en este proyecto se enfocará en el área del Laboratorio DAS Hualqui hacia el área de toma de muestras del CESFAM Hualqui, CECOSF Hualqui, Postas Rural Quilacoya y Talcamávida; y Estación Médico Rural Unihue, las cuales envían muestras al laboratorio. De la pauta de cotejo del Manual del Estándar General de Acreditación para Prestadores Institucionales de Atención Abierta nos enfocaremos en los Servicios de Apoyo – Laboratorio Clínico (APL), el cual posee cinco características APL, de las cuales nos centraremos en cuatro. El proyecto contempla tres etapas: La primera un levantamiento de información para realizar un diagnóstico por parte del Laboratorio DAS Hualqui, hacia el área de Toma de Muestras. Esta primera etapa será con el fin de determinar qué puntos de verificación se están cumpliendo y cuales debemos mejorar de acuerdo a lo que nos exige la pauta de cotejo para la futura acreditación. Una vez verificado los elementos medibles que exige cada característica se procederá a la segunda etapa del proyecto que será la elaboración de propuestas para mejorar los puntos de verificación faltantes. En paralelo a estas etapas del proyecto, una tercera etapa se llevará a cabo, midiendo el Control de Calidad Interno y Externo de la sección de Química Clínica, con la finalidad de evaluar el desempeño de calidad en esta área.This project aims to contribute to generating the bases for a future accreditation opportunity for CESFAM de Hualqui under the guidelines of health accreditation at the national level. This accreditation breaks down its demands and requirements into fields, components, characteristics and verifiers; where this project will focus on the area of the DAS Hualqui Laboratory towards the sampling area of CESFAM Hualqui, CECOSF Hualqui, Postas Rural Quilacoya and Talcamávida; and the Unihue Rural Medical Station, which send samples to the laboratory. From the comparison guideline of the Manual of the General Accreditation Standard for Institutional Providers of Open Care, we will focus on Support Services - Clinical Laboratory (APL), which has five APL characteristics, of which we will focus on four. The project contemplates three stages: The first, a collection of information to carry out a diagnosis by the DAS Hualqui Laboratory, towards the Sampling area. This first stage will be in order to determine which verification points are being met and which ones we must improve according to what is required by the comparison guideline for future accreditation. Once the measurable elements required by each characteristic have been verified, the second stage of the project will proceed, which will be the preparation of proposals to improve the missing verification points.
