En específico, el objetivo es analizar el impacto que genera el aumento de los flujos migratorios en el sistema educativo e investigar las adaptaciones que Chile ha generado frente a esta realidad. Para esto, se utiliza el método de investigación cualitativa a través del diseño de análisis documental, donde se realiza una revisión, análisis y reflexión de diversas fuentes que exponen las estadísticas de estudiantes migrantes en el sistema educativo del país y las adaptaciones educativas que presenta Chile y otros países de Latinoamérica. Finalmente, a través de la investigación es posible determinar que a medida que aumenta la matrícula de estudiantes migrantes, los Estados muestran preocupación para propiciar un ambiente educativo intercultural con un enfoque inclusivo, en donde se generan herramientas enfocadas al ingreso y permanencia de aquellos estudiantes en los establecimientos educativos. Así también, se expone que el rol docente es fundamental para establecer espacios educativos que incentiven el respeto y la valoración hacia la diversidad, por esto, la autonomía docente es indispensable para enseñar a través de valores necesarios en la sociedad actual.The present research aims to shed light on one of the challenges of the actual society, which pertains to the education of migrant students. Specifically, the objective is to analyze the impact generated by the increasing migratory flows on the educational system and investigate the adaptations that Chile has implemented in response to this reality. To achieve this, the research employs a qualitative approach through the design of documentary analysis, involving a review, analysis, and reflection on various sources presenting statistics on migrant students in the country's educational system and the educational adaptations made by Chile and other Latin American countries. Ultimately, through the research, it is possible to determine that as the enrollment of migrant students increases, States show concern to promote an intercultural educational environment with an inclusive approach, where tools are generated to facilitate the entry and permanence of those students in educational institutions. It is also highlighted that the role of teachers is crucial in establishing educational spaces that encourage respect and appreciation for diversity.
