Buscar "Campus Los Ángeles" por Autor In Chile, school bullying and cyberbullying have a significant impact on the lives of children and adolescents and can have emotional and academic consequences that last for years. This mixed-methods study aims to investigate the problem of bullying, cyberbullying, and school coexistence management in municipal schools in the municipality of Alto Biobío. This is done through a qualitative method using a questionnaire with key informants to identify the problems of bullying and cyberbullying present, which makes it possible to identify the familiarity of concepts on the subject to be investigated from a content analysis. It also has a quantitative method with a test aimed at students, to measure types of bullying in relation to physical violence, social and exclusion violence, cyberbullying, and school coexistence management; analyzed through a descriptive Excel tool. Both instruments determine the presence of bullying and cyberbullying through verbal, physical, messaging, and social media violence, however, the management of coexistence is optimal within the establishments. 4 Among the projections, these results will be useful for the construction of school coexistence plans and programs, oriented towards the 2024 school year.
