These techniques are highly personalized and are in constant evolution. While there are mobile applications that support professionals by offering exercise programs, most are preset and not personalized, or they are private applications. To address this issue, the development and enhancement of a free-access application was proposed, allowing for the creation of personalized exercise routines for each patient. Additionally, it proposes adding specific features to enhance the application, such as the ability to include images with exercises, creating an activity log calendar, and implementing a better interface. This work is based on an application previously created using Flutter, which offers one version for kinesiologists and another for patients. The kinesiologist version allows the addition of new patients, who can then create new exercise programs. Each program can include fully customized exercises, complete with instructions, a timer, and the option to add videos to be used as examples when performing the exercise. During this project, a Firebase database was created to store the necessary information for accessing the application, as well as the data of the patients, programs, and exercises created. Additionally, new functions were added to improve the application experience, such as the ability to edit all existing information for patients, programs, and exercises, a log of programs completed by each patient, the option to add photographs to exercises, and the storage of favorite exercises for each kinesiologist. Also, changes were made to the interface, including the modification of primary colors and the reorganization of screens. The application was tested by a group of four professionals, who found it to be fully functional, intuitive, and easy to use. It can allow many people to complement their therapies, making them more effective. Finally, the improvements implemented in the application have made it a more comprehensive and functional tool, achieving a more user-friendly, attractive, and visually appealing interface. Thanks to these enhancements, the application presents itself as an integral tool for physical rehabilitation.
