Item Valorización, diseño estratégico y táctico de security-AI de emprendimiento tecnológico en fase temprana.(Universidad de Concepción, 2024) Yurac Rehbein, Drazen Petar; Parada Contzen, Marcela; Núñez Ursic, IntiA startup is an emerging technology company with significant scaling potential. The following thesis aims to conduct an analysis of Security AI, a Chilean startup in its early stages of life, in the seed phase. This is the stage where it has received its i nitial funding, and before entering the market, it must complete the development of its minimum viable product (MVP). To understand the market's perception of the startup's value, an early valuation was conducted, which consists of a combination of three valuation methods for early stage startups Berkus, S corecard, and V enture C apital E ach one of these weighs differently in the final calculated value , according to how appropriate the method is for the company that was analyzed. Additionally, a company analysis was conducted to design an investment deck for the company. This deck aims to serve as support for potential project investors, clearly outlining the product features, the company's value proposition, along with its business model. The market valu e in which Security AI participates was also quantified, and a brief financial analysis was performed, estimating the number of customers and projecting a five year cash flow. Finally, the OKR methodology was developed, which establishes that to better direct the company's efforts, short term objectives must be set. These objectives consist of a series of key results that must be achieved to declare that the proposed goal has be en reached. In the case of Security AI, these objectives are aimed at laying the foundation for the team, the economic logic, and the proper development of a world class product.
