Abstract
Esta investigación intenta brindar una perspectiva que pueda acercar una solución a esta problemáticas, basada en antecedentes como los asentamientos irregulares en la configuración espacial del territorio, el rol que cumple la regularización y los organismos de Estado que presentan y que actúan a la hora de regularizar un terreno, también contextualizar e interiorizar los conceptos asociados a subsidios de compra y de arriendo de viviendas, que brindan herramientas estatales para mitigar el difícil acceso que se genera en torno a una vivienda propia.
A lo largo de esta investigación se ha recabado información de manera detallada sobre la situación de los asentamientos irregulares en Curanilahue y las dinámicas que se presentan, esto nace de la necesidad del análisis de las problemáticas que estos involucran, siendo necesaria una perspectiva holística y adaptativa que nos permitan entender los factores que influyen en que en la regularización o no regularización de asentamientos y el acceso a subsidios de vivienda por parte de los habitantes.
