Abstract
Essbio is a sanitation company with a staff of more than 1,200 workers (including those who operate in the Maule region as Nuevosur), who work hard to provide 24/7 service to the communities. Currently, the company's productivity measurement is based on the parameters established by the Superintendence of Sanitary Services, which consider billing per cubic meter per employee and the number of customers per employee. Although these indicators are aligned with the company's mission, since all employees contribute to the final objective, they are not adequate to measure the productivity of the positions that perform their functions in the corporate building, such as those in information technology, human resources and people management, among others. Therefore, we seek to provide recommendations for indicators according to the needs of People and Culture Management. In this way, the search for indicators and recommendations that provide an analysis of productivity is conducted, which goes together with the request made by General Management for the interpretation of the performance of corporate positions based on the general list of workers in April 2024. Based on theoretical sources and the analysis of the 2024 performance evaluation, productivity indicators are recommended. Them apply to most of the service and corporate management, with focus on the productivity to be considered by the People and Culture Management departments, considering a hard work and constant teamwork.
