dc.description.abstractIntroducción: En la actualidad no existe suficiente evidencia sobre el efecto que se podría producir a mediado y largo plazo sobre el proceso de crecimiento y desarrollo en lactantes con APLV alimentados con fórmulas Hipoalergénicas. Objetivo: Analizar el efecto de la APLV en el proceso de crecimiento y desarrollo de lactantes alimentados con fórmulas hipoalergénicas hasta los 2 años de edad. Metodología: Se revisaron diferentes fuentes de información científica (Pubmed, Scielo y Web Of Science), se incluyeron artículos que cumplieran con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, la muestra quedo compuesta por 9 artículos. Resultados: Los lactantes con APLV alimentados con fórmulas hipoalergénicas en comparación con lactantes sanos, no presentaron diferencias significativas en sus puntuaciones z score tanto para peso corporal, longitud, circunferencia de cráneo e índice de masa corporal para la edad. Conclusión: Los lactantes con APLV alimentados con fórmulas hipoalergénicas logran un crecimiento y desarrollo normal hasta los dos años de edad. Sin embargo, la cantidad de estudios relacionados con la temática son limitados por esto se necesita seguir estudiando su efecto.es
dc.description.abstractIntroduction: At present, there is not enough evidence to the effect long term on the process long term on the process of growth and development in infants with CMA fed with hypoallergenic formulae. Objective: To analyze the effect of CMA on the growth and development process of infants fed with hypoallergenic formulae up to 2 years of age. Material and methods: Different sources of scientific information (Pubmed, Scielo, Web of Science) were reviewed, articles which showed that the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included, the sample was composed of 9 articles. Results: Infants with CMA fed hypoallergenic formulae compared to healthy infants did not show significant differences in their Z scores for both body weight, length, head circumference, and body mass index for age. Conclusions: Infants with CMA fed hypoallergenic formulas achieve normal growth and development up to two years of age. However, the number of studies related to the subject is limited, therefore it is necessary to continue studying its effect.en
