Abstract
En Chile la legislación ambiental tiene como propósito regular las actividades humanas mediante leyes que son cumplidas en base a decretos los que se respaldan en normas y otros decretos para poder funcionar. Para la gestión de Residuos Peligrosos (Respel) el reglamento principal es el Decreto N°148, en el cual se basó para comparar la gestión de los residuos de cuatro empresas de distinto rubros, que fueron seleccionadas en base a la disponibilidad de información de cada una y de las cuales mantendremos su confidencialidad. Las comparaciones se realizaron mediante tres formas, el cumplimiento de 15 criterios que fueron los artículos regulatorios del manejo de Respel para empresas generadoras de estos. La comparación de características de cada empresa y sus cantidades de generación de Respel y finalmente las formas en que cada empresa cumplía cada Artículo.
In Chile, environmental legislation has the purpose to regulate human activities through the laws that are accomplished based on the decrees which they are backed up in rules and other decrees to be able to function. For the management of dangerous Waste (Respel) the main regulation is the Decree No. 148, which is based on comparing the waste management of four companies of different items, which were selected based on the availability of information from each one, the confidentiality of companies will be maintain. The comparisons were registered through three forms, the fulfillment of 15 criteria that were the regulatory articles of the handling of Respel for companies generating these. The comparison of characteristics of each company and its quantities of Respel generation and finally the ways in which each company fulfilled each article.
