Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo conocer las representaciones sociales de género de les niñes entre 9 y 12 años, pertenecientes a escuelas públicas rurales en la comuna de Antuco, región del Biobío.
Con una investigación cualitativa, bajo un enfoque constructivista, el uso de la técnica de recolección de datos de grupo de discusión y un análisis de contenido que incorporó únicamente la visión de les niñes. Los hallazgos que se desprenden de la investigación generan reflexiones sobre lo importante que es conocer desde la perspectiva de les niñes y sus contextos en el que se sitúan, reconociendo sus experiencias y percepciones que se entrelazan, influenciadas por factores como en este caso el género, territorio rural, educación y familia. Lo anterior es imprescindible para considerar en la generación y diseño de políticas públicas.
The objective of this research was to know the social gender representations of children between 9 and 12 years old, belonging to rural public schools in the commune of Antuco, Biobío region. With qualitative research, under a constructivist approach, the use of the discussion group data collection technique and a content analysis that incorporated only the children's vision. The findings that emerge from the research generate reflections on how important it is to know from the perspective of children and their contexts in which they are situated, recognizing their experiences and perceptions that are intertwined, influenced by factors such as in this case gender, rural territory, education and family. The above is essential to consider in the generation and design of public policies.
