Abstract
El objetivo del presente informe fue realizar un análisis de datos, declarados a través del portal de Ventanilla Única del Registro de Emisiones y Transferencia de Contaminantes (RETC), en el periodo 2015-2022, en la Región de Ñuble, en donde se identificaron los establecimientos inscritos en este registro y sus rubros económicos, se caracterizaron las emisiones de sus residuos, desde la perspectiva de su naturaleza, cantidad, características, origen, destino y gestión. La metodología para elaborar este análisis fue mediante la recopilación de datos disponibles en el portal web del RETC, del Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, donde se registran declaraciones anuales de emisiones y transferencias de contaminantes realizadas por todos los establecimientos generadores. Los resultados obtenidos en este informe, determinan que en la Región de Ñuble se reportaron en el Registro de Emisiones y Transferencia de Contaminantes (RETC), una disposición total de 2.765.507 toneladas y una transferencia total 6.515.185.180 toneladas de residuos sólidos entre los años 2015 y 2022, cifras resultantes del desarrollo de actividades económicas, como el Comercio, Industria Manufacturera, Industria Agropecuaria y Silvicultura.
The objective of this report was to carry out an analysis of data, declared through the Single Window portal of the Registry of Emissions and Transfer of Pollutants (RETC), in the period 2015-2022, in the Ñuble Region, where the establishments registered in this registry and their economic categories, the emissions of their waste were characterized, from the perspective of their nature, quantity, characteristics, origin, destination and management. The methodology to carry out this analysis was through the compilation of data available on the RETC web portal, of the Ministry of the Environment, where annual declarations of emissions and transfers of pollutants made by all generating establishments are recorded. The results obtained in this report determine that in the Ñuble Region, a total disposal of 2,765,507 tons and a total transfer of 6,515,185,180 tons of solid waste were reported in the Registry of Emissions and Transfer of Pollutants (RETC). years 2015 and 2022, figures resulting from the development of economic activities, such as Commerce, Manufacturing Industry, Agricultural Industry and Forestry.
