Abstract
Este trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar una revisión bibliográfica sobre las soluciones basadas en la naturaleza como herramientas de adaptación y/o mitigación ante el cambio climático, y relacionar esta herramienta al marco legal que se define en la actual Ley Marco de Cambio Climático. Se analizan distintos ejemplos de SBN aplicados en la zona norte, centro y sur del país.
Para finalizar este trabajo, se realiza un análisis de las ventajas y desventajas de las características de los ejemplos de Soluciones Basadas en la Naturaleza que fueron planteados dentro de los antecedentes. Concluyendo con los detalles técnicos que se relacionen al área normativa de la legislación y a los ejemplos de Soluciones Basadas en la Naturaleza y su posible aplicación como una medida de adaptación y mitigación al cambio climático.
The objective of this work is to review the literature on nature-based solutions as tools for adaptation and/or mitigation of climate change, and to relate this tool to the legal framework defined in the current Framework Law on Climate Change. Different examples of SBN applied in the north, center and south of the country are analyzed. To conclude this work, an analysis is made of the advantages and disadvantages of the characteristics of the examples of Nature-Based Solutions that were presented in the background. Concluding with the technical details related to the normative area of the legislation and the examples of Nature-Based Solutions and their possible application as a measure of adaptation and mitigation to climate change.
