Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación fue Determinar los factores que permiten a los docentes de educación general básica y educación diferencial de tres establecimientos municipales de la comuna de Arauco, llevar a cabo la estrategia de co-enseñanza en el aula. El método utilizado de esta investigación fue de estudio cuantitativo, desde un diseño transversal explicativo, que busca explicar una problemática de la sociedad actual. La recolección de datos para el análisis fue a través de escalas tipo Likert. Para la población y muestra, se consideró un total de 26 profesores de primer ciclo, 13 profesores de educación general básica y 13 profesores de educación diferencial que trabajan en equipo en el aula regular. Respecto a los resultados obtenidos se evidencio el uso de co-enseñanza en el aula regular por los profesores, por lo tanto, se obtuvieron factores que permiten llevar a cabo esta estrategia por los profesores en el aula regular, a la misma vez factores obstaculizadores de esta en los tres establecimientos municipales de la comuna de Arauco.
The objective of the research was to determine the factors that allow basic general education and differential education teachers from three municipal establishments in the commune of Arauco to carry out the co-teaching strategy in the classroom. The method used in this research was a quantitative study, from a cross-sectional explanatory design, which seeks to explain a problem in today's society. Data collection for analysis was through Likert-type scales. For the population and sample, a total of 26 first cycle teachers, 13 basic general education teachers and 13 special education teachers who work as a team in the regular classroom were considered. Regarding the results obtained, the use of co-teaching in the regular classroom by the teachers was evident, therefore, factors were obtained that allow teachers to carry out this strategy in the regular classroom, at the same time factors that hinder this in the three municipal establishments of the commune of Arauco
