Abstract
Esta investigación tiene como propósito analizar la influencia del taller extracurricular de pedagogía teatral en el desarrollo de las habilidades socioemocionales de motivación, pensamiento creativo, comunicación y trabajo en equipo en estudiantes de sexto y octavo básico con necesidades educativas especiales impartido en una escuela de dependencia municipal en la comuna de Los Ángeles. Para estos efectos, se utiliza el método cualitativo de estudio de casos múltiples de carácter exploratorio donde se extrajo información por medio de entrevistas semiestructuradas, observaciones y grupo focal aplicado a estudiantes, docente y apoderados. A partir de ello, los hallazgos demuestran que existe un impacto positivo de esta herramienta sobre las habilidades socioemocionales de los participantes del taller, así también, se evidencian cambios positivos en la autoestima, el autocontrol y el desarrollo de la oralidad, que configuran un ambiente inclusivo e integrador a través de los juegos dramáticos.
This research aims to analyze the influence of an extracurricular theatre pedagogy workshop in developing social-emotional skills such as motivation, creative thinking, communication, and teamwork on sixth and eighth grade students with special educational needs in a public school in Los Ángeles. For this purpose, the method used for this investigation was qualitative research for multiple case studies of an exploratory character by means of semi-structured interviews being held, along with observation as well as focus groups involving students, parents, and teacher. From it, the results show a positive impact of this tool on the social-emotional skills of the workshop participants, as well as positive changes in self-esteem, self-control, and oral expression, that build an inclusive and integrative environment through dramatic play.
